SpaceOutcast v1

This is a simple obstacle shoot-down game solely built on Flutter. I had other ideas for the SpaceOutcast however I wanted to see if I can pull a simple game on flutter. As it's not that convenient to create games w/o game engines I wanted to give it a shot. In future I will change and modify the game. For the time being enjoy & that's about it. See ya.
